Following a delicious mother's day brunch at Tweet, we went with our niece and my brother and sister in-law to the Lincoln Park Zoo. A lot of the animals were sleeping but we had a great time giving Sylvia shoulder rides and watching the bear who's mouth was still numb from jaw surgery. Craig looked like a natural with a little girl on his shoulders and Sylvia and Gerri were wearing matching sweaters. At one point Jeremy sat down, alone, on a curb and Sylvia mimicked him by sitting down, alone, on a curb. "Sylvia...why are you so far away!" I just couldn't resist snapping this one image of a family having an afternoon snack. One look and you'll see why. God bless America.
