The nights were just a crazy experience. You couldn't actually see any stars until well past 11pm and since we were up at 7am each day we just couldn't make it up that late. You can't fish at night and are not supposed to have boats on the water past sunset unless they have lights, and our boats didn't have any lights. When we got back to the dock the lodge had been worrying about us. Whoops. Of course it was the mosquitoes that really killed us. On our way back to camp we ran into a field of them and they were flying into our mouths and eyes, yuck!!
