Gutting Fish
We really tried to do our homework for this trip. Craig had been fishing with his dad years ago and I hadn't been since I was a camper at summer camp. One of the things I was most worried about was gutting the fish. We got a knife and thought that security at the airports would have a heart attack with it burried in our fishing gear, and we even had the guy at Bass Pros draw us a diagram of how to gut the fish. Good thing for us they gut the fish for you. The shore boys collect all your fish at the end of the day and ask you what you want for the cabin and what you want to take back with you. Your gutted and cleaned fillets are delivered to your cabin and the ones you want to take home are packed like bricks in dry ice. They made it home no problem.
