Ravenswood Manor Walk

With our good friends, Stan & Sasha, and their bundle of joy in tow, we went for a walk in Ravenswood Manor on a gorgeous spring day. The sun was quiet, but present, and our two furry friends in tow enjoyed every minute. We had fun looking at all of the houses and their decor, especially the one house with all the bird houses, and catching glimpses of statues in windows and gorgeous gardens all around. Even the car ride proved a great opportunity to bond with Jordie and capture him and his adorable feet.

Enjoy!!!

May Brunch

Since we were missing our niece and nephew, and their house was being shown, we decided to have all my in-laws over for brunch the week before Mother's Day. Just a simple morning of lox and bagels with the sun shining and everyone just full of energy. Jack was discovering his feet while Sylvia was discovering that she can't catch Sadie's tail! Much to the dismay of my brother and sister in-law, Sylvia loves playing with my Michigan magnet which repeatedly plays "Hail to the Victors", the best school fight song ever!!! Even Sherri was full of fun while playing with Jackie in the kitchen!

Papa&Dad

When my 92 year old grandfather arrived at my studio just a day before passover it was a beautiful spring day. He had just visited my dad at work and they had enjoyed some lunch downtown, even at 61 my dad still wants to show off where he works to his dad, I guess I'm following in their footsteps because I thought this would be the perfect day for both of them to see my rooftop view of the city. So I dragged my Papa up an absolutely huge flight of stairs to see the city from my point of view. Of course I brought my camera and snapped these pics of father and son!
Enjoy!!

Karen

This was the first series of really glamorous shots I've done it a while. All of this shooting for new designers, they put so many restrictions on you, so now I was able to talk my clients into what I wanted to do making her shots stand out. What a beautiful girl!! I wanted to steal that green handbag right out from under her. Isn't it delicious?
Enjoy!!

Zania

Zania was the first model I shot for Star Image Talent. I have never seen a 5 year old work it like she did. She was something fierce! A total sweetheart, no attitude and a natural way of moving in front of the camera. Enjoy the pics!!

Hansons

Recently I've connected with two fabulous women who help people break into the industry of modeling here in Chicago called Star Image Talent. Through their clients they hire me to shoot new shots of their discoveries. In this case it started with twin boys, then their older brothers and we did one group shot of them with their little sister. Isn't she adorable? We had a really good time, it was a great day, and got a ton done. Enjoy the pics!!
