Ajax

Ajax is Nicole & Brent's dog and is practically the highlight of any trip to Minnesota. He is full of energy and tries to climb into my suitcase when I leave. I don't know if it's me he loves or the smell of my Sadie all over but we get along very well. He's a super cuddler and will try to make out with you if you let him. Right now he has a bum knee but it hasn't curbed his energy too much. After the wedding he's going to get that knee fixed and hopefully he'll be back to his old self in no time!

Nicole's Bridal Shower

After a fun night of drinking, more drinking, and dancing, we got our bride to be dressed and practically on time to her bridal shower. Of course getting her a Bloody Mary was the first order of business. Then it was onto the fun, a menu designed especially for the occasion, a cookbook we all had submitted recipes for, and opening presents with lots of enthusiasm. Deborah was in charge of the ribbon bouquet, Jamie kept track of everything she got, and Karen ran the show. It was a beautiful day and my burger was very tasty!!!

Mother's Day Brunch

For Mother's Day we were invited over to my in-laws for an afternoon of food and pajamas. After a delicious meal Jack showed us how he can roll over and Sylvia got her fill of tickles! Everyone had a great time.

Ravenswood Manor Walk

With our good friends, Stan & Sasha, and their bundle of joy in tow, we went for a walk in Ravenswood Manor on a gorgeous spring day. The sun was quiet, but present, and our two furry friends in tow enjoyed every minute. We had fun looking at all of the houses and their decor, especially the one house with all the bird houses, and catching glimpses of statues in windows and gorgeous gardens all around. Even the car ride proved a great opportunity to bond with Jordie and capture him and his adorable feet.
