When I came into NYC for a weekend I got to spend the day in Queens with my friend Eran and his baby Asher. Here Asher is 6 months and super fun. He posed perfectly with his dad and his mom Tamara. One of my favorite pics is of him talking to their friend Maria's uncle. What can I say, the two had quite a conversation.

The Main Event-Michelle's Shower

Ladies who lunch are lovely and so was this wonderful afternoon at a historical restaurant in downtown Evanston. Friends & family came from near and far to celebrate with Michelle and despite her desperate attempts to not have any presents brought to the shower(she lives in Cali), there was a table full and plenty of work to keep all her bridesmaids busy. The night before the main event, Michelle's shower, my parents hosted 30 people for an outdoor dinner in their backyard. We got the firepit going and had a wonderful night of family and fun.

Michelle's Shower Weekend

The end of the July found me scrambling to keep up with all of my work and desperately trying to get ready for my sister's bridal shower and the entire weekend of activities it would entail. We had cousins and friends fly in from all over to celebrate. The weekend kicked off with a family dinner at Rosebud. Enjoy!

Camping For A Minute

For 4th of July we decided to head to Starved Rock for some camping. Unfortunately neither of us checked the weather and we had the worst thunderstorm while we were sleeping. Our tent flooded and Craig's cast couldn't get wet(he had a broken hand) so he wouldn't have been able to help me pack everything up so we could have gone...anywhere else!!
